四平盛元换热设备——带你了解换热器的分类

1.螺旋板式换热器

Spiral plate heat exchanger

它是由两块金属薄板按着一定距离卷焊而成,有一块分隔挡板,在两金属板中形成两条螺旋通道,上下两端用端盖密封。冷热两种流体分别各走一条螺旋通道,通过螺旋板进行热交换。

It is made of two metal thin plates welded at a certain distance. There is a separate baffle in the center, and two spiral passages are formed in the two metal plates. The upper and lower ends are sealed by the end cover. The hot and cold fluids each take a spiral channel and exchange heat through the spiral plate.


2.板式换热器

 Plate heat exchanger

它是一种新型换热器,由许多薄金属板片平行排列而成。

每个金属板都冲压称凸凹不平的规则波纹,相邻两块板之间的周边装有垫片,组合时板的周边与垫片被压紧贴在一起,密封了板间间隙。采用不同厚度的垫片可以调节两板面间的距离,改变通道横截面大小。每块板的四角上各开一孔道,其中两个孔道用垫片与板面流道隔开,另两个孔道与板面流到相通,两种流体通过的孔道在相邻的两板上是错开的,冷热流体分别在同一板片的两侧流过,除两端的板外,每一块板的板面都是传热面。

Each metal plate is stamped with uneven regular ripples. The perimeter between the adjacent two plates is equipped with gaskets. The perimeter of the combined time plate and the gasket are pressed together to seal the gap between the plates. Different thickness gaskets can be used to adjust the distance between the two plates and change the cross-sectional size of the channel. Each of the four corners of each plate has a hole in it. Two of the holes are separated by gaskets and the plate flow channel. The other two holes flow to the plate surface. The holes through which the two fluids pass are staggered on the two adjacent plates. The hot and cold fluids flow on both sides of the same plate. Except for the plates at both ends, the plates of each plate are heat transfer surfaces.

3、其他类型换热器

Other types of heat exchangers

(1)夹套式换热器它主要应用于反应器中,装在反应器外部形成一个封闭的夹层,使流体进入夹层内,通过器壁与反应器内物料进行热交换。它的结构比较简单,能在物料反应的同时进行换热,省去了另设换热设备的麻烦。其缺点是由于夹套的传热面不大,夹套间隙比较狭窄,流体流动速度不大,传热系数不高。主要应用于用蒸气加热或用冷水冷却控制反应器内反应温度和压力的场合。因夹套内无法清洗,故不适于容易生垢和带有污物的介质进入夹套。

(1) A jacket heat exchanger is mainly used in a reactor, which is installed outside the reactor to form a closed sandwich so that the fluid enters the sandwich and is thermally exchanged through the wall of the device and the material in the reactor. Its structure is relatively simple, it can heat transfer at the same time as the material reaction, eliminating the trouble of setting up another heat transfer equipment. The disadvantage is that the heat transfer surface of the jacket is not large, the gap of the jacket is relatively narrow, the flow speed of the fluid is not large, and the heat transfer coefficient is not high. It is mainly used for the use of steam heating or cold water cooling to control the reaction temperature and pressure in the reactor. Because the jacket can not be cleaned, it is not suitable for media that are prone to scaling and fouling to enter the jacket.

(2)蛇管式换热器

 Snake tube heat exchanger

蛇管式换热器是把管子煨弯成螺旋弹簧状或平面螺旋状。主要应用于反应器内液体进行热交换,蛇管也可用于室外喷淋式换热器。因为这种换热器结构简单,易于制造。对需要换热面不大的场合比较适用,同时因管子能承受高压而不易泄露,常被高压流体的加热或冷却。

Snake tube heat exchanger is to bend the pipe into a spiral spring or plane spiral. It is mainly used for the heat exchange of liquids in reactors, and snake tubes can also be used for outdoor spray heat exchangers. Because this heat exchanger is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. It is more suitable for situations where the heat exchange surface is not large. At the same time, the pipe can withstand high pressure and is not easily leaked. It is often heated or cooled by high-pressure fluids.

(3)混合式换热器

 Hybrid heat exchangers

混合式换热器是指冷热两种流体直接接触混合而进行的传热过程。这种传热过程同时伴随着传质过程,它主要应用在低压蒸汽的冷凝和气体的洗涤和净化。混合式冷凝器具有结构简单,传热效率高等优点,腐蚀性问题也比较容易解决。

Hybrid heat exchanger refers to the heat transfer process when the two fluids are directly in contact with each other. This heat transfer process is accompanied by mass transfer process. It is mainly used in the condensation of low-pressure steam and the washing and purification of gas. Hybrid condenser has the advantages of simple structure, high heat transfer efficiency, and relatively easy to solve corrosive problems.

(4)气体洗涤器

 Gas scrubbers

石油化工生产过程中常遇到含尘气体,采用旋风分离器只能除掉粒子较大的粉尘。就是把含尘气体通入洗涤器。使气体与水滴充分接触后,固体粒子被水粘附,一同由底部流出,气体从而得到了净化。采用这种方法除尘效率较高,但耗水量大,气体湿度,温度降低,污水的处理量大。只有在水源充足、污水处理方便的条件下才能采用。

Dust gas is often encountered in the process of petrochemical production, and the use of cyclone separators can only remove larger particles of dust. That is, the dust gas is fed into the scrubber. After the gas is fully in contact with the water droplets, the solid particles are glued to the water and flow out from the bottom together, and the gas is purified. This method has high dust removal efficiency, but it consumes a lot of water, gas humidity increases, temperature decreases, and sewage treatment volume is large. It can only be adopted under the conditions of sufficient water resources and convenient sewage treatment.
