四平盛元换热设备——带你了解折叠水水直混式换热机组


该机组主要由混合罐、循环泵、回水加压泵、温控装置、控制仪表(如下图)及控制柜等部分构成。本机组换热效率高,制造成本低,节能效果显著,器主要特征在于一次高温水和低温二次水在混合罐中之直接混合换热,并充分利用一次水的压力,大限度的降低二次水的循环水泵功率。机组有如下特点:

The unit has high heat transfer efficiency, low manufacturing cost, and significant energy-saving effect. The main feature of the unit is the direct mixing of high temperature water and low temperature secondary water in the mixing tank, and the full use of the pressure of primary water to minimize the secondary water circulation. Water pump power. The unit has the following characteristics:

1、换热效率高达100%。由于高低温水部分或全部进行充分混合,高低温回水无温差运行,且没有结垢存在的热阻,故换热机组效率高达100%,远远高于板式和管壳式换热机组。

Since some or all of the high and low warm water are fully mixed, there is no temperature difference between the high and low temperatures, and there is no thermal resistance to scaling, the efficiency of the heat transfer unit is as high as 100 %, which is much higher than that of the plate type and the tubular type heat transfer unit.


2、节能效果显著(1)高温一次水与部分二次水回水进入混合罐进行换热,提升二次网温度后进入采暖供水系统,另一部分回水直接回到一次高温水系统,这样高温水换热温差由30℃变为70℃,在保持低温二次水流量不变的情况下,高温一次水流量减少为原来的二分之一;在换热量一定的情况下,二次水的温差增加为原来的两倍, 循环水量降低到原来的二分之一左右。

(2)节约管网投资,在二次水量不变的情况下输送的高温一次水流量减少到50%左右,高温水管径可降低20%,造价减少30%左右。

3、无需软化水装置,可节约投资,系统正常运行后,不需启动补水泵,由于采用新技术,一次高温水可直接补入二次管网中,可大大降低系统补水定压所消耗电能和水。

5、整套机组结构紧凑,占地面积小,大大节省土建投资,同时,由于换热效率高,运行中系统又无需补水,整个机组节电、节水效果显著,为用户创造可观的经济效益。
